Miss Djax + Human Resource op Dynamo Outdoor

Heet van de naald, Miss Djax zal samen met Human Resource op de planken staan tijdens Dynamo Outdoor 2009. Voor de newschoolers onder ons. Human Recourse stond aan de bakermat van de gabberhouse way back in 1991. De beats lagen bij lange na niet in de buurt van de hedendaagse hardcore, en was toen vooral hardtechno gemixed met Newbeat en Acid wat de basedrum sloeg.

Human Resource, Dominator:
Weinig tracks maakten in de (na)zomer van 1991 zo'n geweldige deuk als dat snoeiharde nummer met dat smerige zaaggeluid uit de synthesizer en die volkomen over de top rap met de tekst 'I wanna kiss myself, I'm the one and only dominator'. Gabber bestond nog niet, maar Dominator van het Rotterdamse kwartet Human Resource preludeerde op de dingen die net achter de house horizon lagen te wachten. Het werd een forse hit in talloze Europese landen en Dominator liet ook de Verenigde Staten niet geheel onberoerd. In Engeland stond het nummer zelfs tweemaal (!) in de hitlijsten.



Miss Djax en Human Resource zullen live op het podium te zien en vooral te horen zijn op 29 augustus 2009.
