Zizi x Ties x Dynamo: DDW2026 Dinner

DDW: TRACE OF DINNER

An activation of the exhibition space, and an invitation to sit around a table and talk about local sourcing. This dinner is the result of a shared creative process between designer Zizi Mitrou and chef Ties De Knegt, developed together to shape a menu and an event that are as zero waste, local and seasonal as possible.

The four-course menu is served on ceramic plates plates from the project “Trace of Dinner” by Zizi Mitrou, alongside a limited series made exclusively for DDW2026 made by the waste generated while developing and testing the menu itself. Local sourcing runs through the whole experience, from the ingredients on the plate to the plate itself, a chance to talk about where our materials come from, and how they can live again.
